Drip Depot might be the Best Drip Irrigation Supplier for anything DIY Irrigation.
There are so many positive Drip Depot Reviews that you would be foolish not to shop with them.
With 1000+ Positive Customer Reviews on Google at a 4.9 Star Rating, you know they are doing something right.
And now, we are here to give our review.
In this post you’ll see:
Let’s get started.
This is the big picture overview of the company.
At first glance, the website is a bit underwhelming.
It doesn’t seem like they care too much about website aesthetics - ya, it feels like the site was designed 10+ years ago.
But you’ll quickly find out that doesn’t matter, and that the site is quite useful.
We have to remember that this website is made by people who probably care more about gardening than they do the internet.
Respect.
This is probably why some people ask…
Once you get past the older style website, you begin to see many positive things:
They sell from tons of different high-quality irrigation manufacturing companies:
On top of that, they’ve got irrigation for everything:
And if you don’t immediately see what you need, the website has a search bar function up top that makes life even easier:
Let’s see if they have anything for Drip Irrigation for Raised Beds:
And a whole bunch of drip irrigation kits stuff comes up:
And now you immediately know why we like this company: their drip irrigation kits cater to everyone.
If you want to go out and build a Garden of the Gods, watering hundreds of plants, you can go with the Ultimate Drip Irrigation Kit.
Or if you are just starting out, you can stick with the Basic Set. They have pretty much every system you could need.
And they have this type of set up for each system. Search around and see if they have what you need - I bet they do.
Now, let’s say you don’t want any drip irrigation kits. Let’s say you just want to buy spare parts. No problem.
They literally have everything: backflow preventers, filters, landscaping, drippers, drip tape fittings, hooks & clamps, pressure regulators, manifolds, drip tape vs drip line…
Whatever you want, you can buy an individual part - you can even buy garden hose accessories.
One of our favorite parts about Drip Depot is their dedication to their YouTube Channel.
These guys have been putting on great content for what feels like 10+ years.
And each week or so they are coming out with new stuff for each and every one of their products.
Remember how we were talking about
Drip Irrigation for Raised Beds? Here’s one of their guides:
It doesn’t get much better than that.
They make instructional videos for all their stuff.
I somewhat covered this above but the pricing at Drip Depot is quite fair.
They have great prices because you can buy whatever suits your garden best. It takes a tiered approach to gardening and irrigation kits.
For example, if you had a small, basic raised bed, you could get the Basic Drip Irrigation Kit for Raised Bed Gardening for $94.48.
Or, if you had a giant raised bed garden that need tons of drip tubing, drip emitters, drip fittings and more… then you could buy the Ultimate Drip Irrigation for $368.59.
There’s three other kits you can buy that span from $94.48 to the $368.59 price point.
Drip Depot has an entire Customer Service portal. All you need to do is click your way there.
For example, say you need help with a product. Click ‘Help’ in the Nav Bar.
Then click ‘A Product:’
And then it gives you instructions for how to proceed:
So, let’s say we needed help with our Raised Bed System. Let’s go back to that page to see what happens:
Ok, let’s click there to ask a question for a quick response:
And there you have it.
As for FAQS, all you need to do is go back and click the “Learn” page on the Nav Bar:
This page has another search function which is geared towards Customer Support:
You’ll search through a knowledge base of questions related to your account, company policy, guarantees, warranties, and so much more.
Tons of helpful information. If you don’t find what you need, you can start a Customer Support Ticket no problem:
The remaining two functions on the Drip Depot site are recent and track.
These two functions can also be accessed with the home screen Nav Bar.
Recent: This gives you a list of items you recently searched or looked at on the site:
Track: Track is how you track your package:
They are known for fast shipping, which you can verify 1) by ordering something or 2) by checking out their reviews.
If you don’t believe me, you can go ahead and check out some of the customer testimonials directly from their testimonials page:
“They said it would take about 45 min to install this. It took me 15 min to read everything hen unpack the box. Actual install took 47 min. This is the greatest. Customer service is great and product works great. Mine cost $65.00. My neighbor spent $750 for the same thing.”
“I wish every company I dealt with online was as efficient as this one is. Just received my fourth order and as with the first three, it arrived when promised and with everything complete. Easy to use the website, easy to order, easy to install.”
“You have excellent customer service, prompt replies to e-mails and outstanding prices on your perma-loc fittings. I will recommend your company to everyone I know that uses drip irrigation. Thanks again” - Dave
“I'm so glad I stumbled across this place. Your prompt service and quick turnaround time on shipping is outstanding. I love the "Perma-loc " fittings. They allow me to easily redesign or make modifications to my system. I wish I would have discovered you guys earlier. I would have spent more time gardening and less time trying to figure out how to get water to my plants. Your raised bed kit is great and easy to use. Well worth the money spent. I will pass this resource along to other gardeners I know. Keep up the good work.” - Terence B.
“I love your products. Over the last couple of years they have enhanced my life so much and have allowed me to develop a beautiful property. Thank you!”
- Shawn
